Military botnets and the Third Amendment

I doubt that claiming the Third Amendment against non-consensual harbouring of military botnet code would work but it’s a nice idea.

Amendment 3 – Quartering of Soldiers. Ratified 12/15/1791:

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
